Under the Lights Showdown

Cheer on our Force Football team as they take on Newark Charter under the lights on Friday, October 3, at 7:00 PM! We want the stands packed with Blue & White, and to make it easy, we’re running a student section bus—departing CSW at 5:30 PM and returning after the game. Hang out after school, grab some pizza, and roll in with your fellow fans ready to bring the noise. Seats are limited, so reserve yours now: Sign up for the Student Section Bus

Members of Youth In Government were invited to talk to the CSW Board about the YIG program. Our student members shared how the program, which features mock legislative, judicial, and journalistic experiences, helped them build skills like public speaking, debate, writing, and critical thinking. Many have gone on to intern with legislators, join policy panels, and pursue college degrees in political science, law, and journalism.
