All parties, procedures, and policies of The Charter School of Wilmington shall clearly exemplify that there is no discrimination in the recruitment, employment, and subsequent placement, training, promotion, compensation, tenure, and all other terms and conditions of employment over which The Charter School of Wilmington Board of Directors shall have jurisdiction, or in the educational programs and activities of students on the basis of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, domicile, marital status, handicap, genetic information, veteran status, or any legally protected characteristic.
